I've had this laptop for a month now and am very happy with it. I chose this brand and model after reading consumer reports reviews and several online critiques. Toshiba supposedly has a lousy customer service reputation, but the computer is responsive and fast, the keyboard feels great, and I like the power-saver option. The only flaw is, as others have said, a mousepad that is too close to my left wrist and I have accidentally lost work when brushing against it. I'm getting better at keep my wrists up and off the surface.
